🌷 i have the right to deny any commission if i'm not comfortable with it
🌷 unless i explicitly tell you that i do not want to do it in your particular case, i can and will do fanart, ocs, ships (self-shipping included), real people, humans/humanoids (+ non-humans depending on difficulty), non-sexual nudity, suggestive stuff, and gore (ask about limits)
🌷 i might be willing to draw a nsfw piece, but it will depend on its specifics
🌷 i'm perfectly capable of drawing backgrounds, but i might not do one if it's too complex for my current skill level; depending on the level of detail and time consumption, i may or may not charge more than the base price
🌷 without exceptions, i will not draw discriminatory content, incest/pedophilia/sexual violence depictions that do not treat said subject matters with respect, or rpfPAYMENT
🌷 payment is done through paypal or ko-fi
🌷 i prefer to receive full payment upfront, but i have no issue receiving one half to start then the other once i'm done if that's what you'd prefer; if you fail to pay the second half in the span of a month without justification, you will be blacklisted
🌷 you may not charge back without proper justification, or you will be blacklisted

🌷 commissions will usually take a few days at the very least and two weeks at most; i will communicate whether there's any complication that will make them take longer
🌷 on that note, commissions taken from late november to mid-march could have a bit of a delay due to my city's summer heat, as i'll use my laptop more carefully
🌷 please be sure to give me a deadline if you need the drawing before a certain dateCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN CLIENT AND ARTIST
🌷 i prefer receiving as many details as you can give me
🌷 NOT giving me feedback will be taken as approval, and i cannot do anything about you disliking the result if you weren't willing to correct my art before it was finished
🌷 i will not make major changes (such as complete pose/design ones) past the sketching stage
🌷 with all due respect, i refuse to work with overbearing clients. rude/inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and if you do not respect this, i will refund your money (amount depends on commission stage; please check below), as well as blacklist youREFUNDS
🌷 if i'm on the sketching stage of your commission, i will give back the entire amount; if i'm done with lineart, it will be 50% of it; there will be no refunds past this stageCOPYRIGHT DISCLAIMERS
🌷 as the artist, i own all the rights to my commissioned pieces
🌷 all characters depicted belong to their respective owners
🌷 unless you're willing to pay an extra fee for royalties, you may not use my work for your own financial/commercial gain

🌷 you may upload the unaltered artwork to your socials as long as i'm credited
🌷 you may not use my artwork in NFT/AI/crypto related activities
